Our returns policy could not be easier just get in touch for a returns authorisation and one of our friendly team will be in touch,

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item then please advise us within 24 hours of receipt of the items so that we can log a claim with the carrier. With some carriers we may need you to complete a form declaration. You should also advise the courier to note the damage.

(This does not affect your statutory rights.)
