What To Pack In Your Hospital Bag.
Even though this is my third baby it's only the second time I'll be packing a bag for me and baby.
My first was born at 32 weeks so when I went into labour I just took my trusty already packed (thanks Mum) hospital bag. It was always packed as I spent a lot of time in hospital being rehydrated.
The second time I did have time to think about what to pack. I did pack slightly earlier just in case especially with my history. I was induced so I packed enough for 3 days for me and 4 outfit changes for Panda.
I packed one bag for me and I used my changing bag for Panda. In Panda's bag I put each out in individual bags which saved time looking through the bag for what I needed. I'm going to use the same method again as it was much easier to find what I needed.
I'm going to start off with what I'm provisionally planning to pack for me. As overall I think we need more than the baby does. I say provisionally because I may add to it as we get closer to the time.
Your partner may choose to pack themselves a bag.
You may choose to include things I haven't such as make up or lip balm. There is no right or wrong way this list can be used as a template for you to add to or remove what you like.
